Duration

Focus Area

Nonprofit Strategy & Institutional Development

Project Overview

Teasoo Consulting partnered with the Shina Luwoye Foundation (SLF) to establish the organisation from the ground up, transforming a philanthropic vision into a fully operational foundation with the governance structures, digital infrastructure, operational systems, and programme delivery capabilities required for long-term impact.

The engagement covered strategy development, institutional branding, website development, governance documentation, programme design, capacity building, and the successful launch of the Foundation’s inaugural Bursary Award Programme. By the close of the project, SLF had transitioned from concept to a fully functioning organisation capable of operating independently.

The Challenge

The Shina Luwoye Foundation required more than a visual identity or website. It needed a complete institutional foundation that would enable sustainable operations, transparent governance, and immediate programme delivery.

The objective was to establish the strategic, operational, and digital infrastructure necessary to launch the Foundation while ensuring it could independently manage programmes, engage stakeholders, and deliver measurable social impact.

Our Approach

Teasoo Consulting delivered an end-to-end institutional establishment programme that combined strategic planning, organisational development, digital transformation, and programme implementation.

The engagement included:

  • Development of the Foundation’s Mission, Vision and Values
  • Creation of a 90-Day Strategic Action Plan
  • Governance and operational framework design
  • Brand identity and institutional collateral development
  • Website and digital platform development
  • Online bursary application portal
  • Programme design and administration
  • Applicant verification and assessment
  • CMS and email administration training
  • Digital asset handover and knowledge transfer

This integrated approach ensured the Foundation launched with both the systems and internal capacity needed for sustainable operations.
